We are looking for a HubSpot specialist to own, build, and continuously improve our lifecycle marketing and CRM system. This role involves designing and implementing end-to-end workflows, structuring and maintaining clean CRM data, and improving lead conversion across the funnel.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, CRM structure, automation)
- Proven experience building multi-step, logic-based workflows
- Experience owning or managing a CRM system end-to-end
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion optimisation, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems (e.g. Shopify)
- Experience debugging workflow issues, data inconsistencies, and attribution gaps
- Strong analytical skills (ability to interpret and act on data)
