We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound sales activity on behalf of the business Founder. This is a high-output, communications-focused role centred on generating qualified sales conversations with brands across LinkedIn, email, and Instagram.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in Business Development Representative (BDR) role minimum.
- Excellent written English with strong attention to tone and voice, able to write as if they are the founder.
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar communications-heavy role.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email platforms, and Instagram for professional outreach.
- AI-proficient: able to use AI tools to improve output quality and efficiency.
- Highly organised and self-directed, with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach independently.
- Basic familiarity with bookkeeping/invoicing and receipt management is preferred but not essential.
