We are seeking a Philippines-based contractor to support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-assisted workflows, automations, operational systems, and internal processes within a growing Australia-based service business. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, automation, CRM administration, systems coordination, RevOps, technical support, advanced virtual assistance, API workflows, or AI implementation.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, automation, systems coordination, CRM administration, technical support, AI implementation, or related roles
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or related tools
- Practical understanding of APIs, workflow integrations, and systems automation
- Strong organisational, documentation, and process improvement skills
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written English communication skills
