We are seeking a highly organized Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations and customer coordination in the glass and glazing industry.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, logistics, or customer service role
- High competence in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with international suppliers and time zone differences
- Experience with shipping, freight, or import/export processes (preferred)
