We’re Hiring: Director of Procurement | AI Fire AI Fire is expanding our procurement function to a firm-wide, center-led model and is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead this transformation across the U.S. This role will oversee more than $220M in direct and indirect spend across our Academy and Impact business segments and Corporate operations—building scalable procurement capabilities that drive value, efficiency, and risk management. What You’ll Do
- Build and lead AI Fire’s enterprise procurement model
- Drive strategic sourcing across major spend categories
- Expand and manage national supplier programs
- Build and lead a growing procurement team
- Own the Source to Pay process and integrate procurement into our ERP implementation
What We’re Looking For
- Procurement or supply chain leadership experience
- Strategic sourcing and category management expertise
- Experience with ERP / Source to Pay transformations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to scale teams, processes, and supplier relationships
