We are a rapidly growing company looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team. This is not a traditional chief of staff role, and we offer a unique opportunity to ride shotgun alongside an executive and take on complex challenges.

Requirements

5-7+ years of experience in high-performing environments such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions
Demonstrated success in taking ambiguous, complex initiatives and driving them to completion
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable briefs for different audiences
AI-first mindset and experience with AI tools
Builder mentality and experience in shipping something with AI
