Senior .NET Consultant - Insurance Industry

Experience : 10 to 15 years of experience

This is a hands on role, not a consulting role who is able to do hands on work in Azure IaaS/PaaS along with hands on experience in end to end API lifecycle. He/she should be comfortable with writing microservices and distributed architecture models. Hands on experience with C# or NodeJS. He should be capable to build PoCs adopting open source technologies and integration architectures from API.

Other skill sets are:

1. Strong understanding of cloud architecture and microservices.

2. Extensive experience in software development using .NET technologies. Is able to understand and design of .NET-based software applications.

3. Programming language experience - Expert in .NET technology stack / MS Azure / MS Azure functions

4. Good understanding of build tools - Jenkins, DevOps pipleline setup

5. Good understanding of how to migrate code from one .NET version to the newer versions.

7. Fair understanding of Opentext and Camunda BPM tools or any Industry known BPM tools will be an added advantage

8. Fair understanding of Insurance industry vertical will be an added advantage.

9. Fair understanding of ACORD Insurance data model will be an added advantage.

10. Solid knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.

11. Excellent communication skills.

12. Is able to Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.

13. Is able to Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
