Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents.
Develop and maintain applications used for system monitoring
Involved in Incident Management meetings for major production incidents
Assist in coordinating and managing system stability operations such Disaster Recovery exercises and Quarterly Maintenance as part of SRE team
Participate in the review of changes and its impact on the system as part of the Change Approval Board
Contribute on the implementation of best practices for SRE

Role Requirements:

Experience in Production tools development and integration is required.
Experience in Java development, spring boot & micro services are required
Fair knowledge on the private banking business process and functions will be an advantage
Ability to collaborate with teams, onsite and offshore, in delivering the solution
Good problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
