Product Manager

Howspace is a SaaS company in the Learning & Development (L&D) space, helping organizations run impactful learning and change initiatives. We are seeking a Product Manager to bridge the gap between vision and execution by aligning customer needs with commercial strategy. In this role, you will maximize product value while proactively shaping responsible, pragmatic AI opportunities that enhance usability and drive meaningful outcomes for our users.

What will this role have ownership of?

• Shaping a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy

• Leading discovery to deeply understand customer problems and workflows

• Translating strategy into prioritized initiatives, features, and experiments

• Identifying opportunities for AI to enhance product value and efficiency

• Driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams

• Prioritizing work based on customer impact, business value, and feasibility

• Ensuring all features are usable, explainable, and trusted by users

• Defining success metrics and monitoring outcomes for all initiatives

• Balancing short-term delivery with long-term product and data foundations

• Supporting go-to-market efforts with product insights and internal enablement

Requirements

• Proven track record in product management and driving commercial success in B2B SaaS industry

• Exposure to building AI-enabled products or data-driven features

• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to practical execution

• Solid communication skills to influence without formal authority

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and stay ahead of evolving technologies

• A high degree of ownership and an ethical mindset, particularly regarding AI-related decisions

• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable customer and business value

• Experience managing product in L&D or HR tech space is a plus

• Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in Product Management within high-growth B2B SaaS companies, and a relevant degree

• Fluent skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage
