Senior C++ Developer

As the Senior C++ Developer, you will design and deliver high-performance software, grow a collaborative engineering culture, and raise the bar on quality and user experience. You will define architectures, ship well-tested services and back-end components, and anticipate post-deployment challenges to keep our platforms fast, reliable, and scalable.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop cloud microservices for core domains such as order management and subscription management, integrating with the broader Cloud portfolio
• Build and evolve back-end components for a C++ monolith while charting a path toward service boundaries and cleaner interfaces
• Challenge and refine system architecture, identify and unblock scale bottlenecks, and anticipate post-deployment issues with clear mitigation plans
• Create and execute verification strategies and QA procedures, embed automated testing, and drive CI/CD best practices
• Document architecture, APIs, and operational runbooks to keep systems maintainable and teams aligned
• Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and architecture, with a track record delivering enterprise-grade applications
• Strong modern C++ skills (C++11 and STL) and solid Python experience, including pytest
• Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, microservice architecture, and clean architecture principles
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, with practical experience operating services in production
• Proficient with SQL and PostgreSQL, comfortable optimizing queries and data models, and experienced with CI/CD and automated testing
• Collaborative, open communicator who elevates team standards and ships dependable, well-designed software
• Exceptional English fluency (written and spoken), plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 4+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments; SAFe exposure or certification is a plus
