Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management in technology companies, digital products, or platforms with complex user and operational challenges.
- Experience in marketplaces, transactional platforms, products with multiple user types, or businesses where trust, conversion, and operation are critical factors.
- Solid ability to define problems, prioritize opportunities, build roadmaps, write specs, and measure impact.
- Strong UX judgment.
- Ability to work with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear, actionable product decisions.
- Comfort working with data, product metrics, funnels, conversion, adoption, retention, operational efficiency, or business indicators.
- Ability to move between strategy and execution, understanding both the product's overall vision and the necessary detail for things to progress.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, prototyping, documentation, solution exploration, or accelerating learning cycles.
- High ownership, structured thinking, and comfort working in a startup context with short cycles, frequent changes, and little bureaucracy.
- Clear communication to align teams, defend decisions, explain trade-offs, and maintain focus on the most important problems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and judgment to question what exists without losing pragmatism or execution speed.
