Requirements
- Own and co-manage the month-end close process with the Accounting Managers
- Manage cash flow, ensuring the business has visibility into its financial position
- Lead the year-end audit
- Partner cross-functionally and provide accounting expertise to support billing and revenue infrastructure optimization
- Lead US and Canadian corporate tax compliance and filings
- Partner with the Payroll Manager to take ownership of payroll operations
- Own the accounting tech stack and lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered tools and workflows
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals
