Controller (Hybrid)

We're looking for a hands-on Controller to be at the forefront of optimizing our accounting operations and lead tax and financial reporting compliance, ownership of payroll operations, and the ongoing development of our accounting practices.

Requirements

• Own and co-manage the month-end close process with the Accounting Managers
• Manage cash flow, ensuring the business has visibility into its financial position
• Lead the year-end audit
• Partner cross-functionally and provide accounting expertise to support billing and revenue infrastructure optimization
• Lead US and Canadian corporate tax compliance and filings
• Partner with the Payroll Manager to take ownership of payroll operations
• Own the accounting tech stack and lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered tools and workflows
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals
