Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification (degree or equivalent) or higher-education certificate, with the ability to obtain jurisdiction-specific certifications where required.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred).
- 10+ years' experience in a similar role within the engineering and construction industry or related professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, developing and securing fee-earning work.
- Membership of a relevant professional body, with willingness to obtain any additional accreditations for service delivery.
- Strong leadership capability, with a track record of developing teams and managing complex commissions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
