Requirements
- Relevant Technical Account Management experience or any equivalent experience
- Proven experience with CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and maintaining up-to-date client information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and automating advanced custom reporting tools
- Advanced experience debugging and optimizing scripts in multiple programming languages
- Expertise with VAST tags, their configuration, and troubleshooting in video advertising environments
- Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, data transformation, and analysis
- Hands-on experience with API development, including RESTful APIs for automation and integration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
