This associate-level role focuses on generating qualified leads, managing client communications, and supporting our agency's growth initiatives. You'll be responsible for conducting targeted outreach through the owner's LinkedIn account, nurturing prospect relationships, and qualifying leads for discovery calls. The position requires strong written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to work independently. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools

Requirements

• Candidate must demonstrate proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation.
• Candidate must possess demonstrated understanding of complex, relationship-based sales cycles in professional digital platforms.
• Candidate must be fluent in English communication for effective client interactions and outreach.
• Candidate must have documented remote work experience with ability to independently manage digital sales processes.
• Candidate must be capable of researching and identifying potential clients within specified target market segments.
• Candidate must have skills in tracking and reporting detailed outreach performance metrics including response and conversion rates.
• Candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with leadership to refine messaging and sales positioning strategies.
