We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Operations Specialist to support day-to-day marketplace execution. This role will ensure listings, inventory, promotions, and backend operations run smoothly to support rapid growth across Amazon channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and communicates proactively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon product listings (content, images, variations)
• Monitor account health, suppressions, and performance notifications
• Coordinate inventory updates and resolve stranded inventory issues
• Execute promotions, coupons, and pricing updates
• Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion, buy box, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central (required)
• Strong understanding of Amazon listing structure and backend operations
• Experience troubleshooting listing or compliance issues
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple SKUs
• Experience in DTC or apparel brand is a plus
