ABOUT THE POSITION
This company is a fast-growing software sales organization focused on helping small businesses and agencies scale and automate their operations using Go High Level, an all-in-one CRM and marketing automation platform. The company works with clients across different industries, providing them with tools to manage leads, automate follow-ups, build funnels, schedule appointments, and centralize communications in one powerful system.
They are seeking a driven, tech-savvy Sales Associate to join their remote sales team. This role is responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and closing new customers by clearly communicating the value of the Go High Level platform. The ideal candidate is consultative, confident, and comfortable explaining technical solutions in a simple, business-focused way.
The Sales Associate will work closely with inbound and outbound leads, conduct product demos, manage the sales pipeline, and help clients understand how Go High Level can replace multiple tools and improve their business efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIESEngage with prospects via phone, email, live chat, and video calls.
Follow up and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and outreach.
Conduct live online product demonstrations and sales calls (Zoom or similar tools).
Manage, document, and update the sales pipeline daily using CRM software.
Ask strategic questions to identify customer pain points and business goals.
Use a consultative selling approach to recommend the most appropriate solutions.
Schedule, manage, and follow up on sales appointments.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead generation and sales processes.
Stay up to date with product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements
1–3 years of sales experience (SaaS or software sales preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.
Experience using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple leads.
Helpful but not required:
Experience selling to SMBs, agencies, or entrepreneurs.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Go High Level, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
Experience managing a short to medium sales cycle.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as funnels, automation, and lead nurturing.
