Requirements
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering role
- Expert-level proficiency in Clay, including complex table architecture, conditional logic, AI columns, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations, and waterfall enrichment strategies
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions: ICP definition, account-based outbound, buying committee mapping, intent data, and signal-based selling
