Full Stack Engineer (React/Next.js + AI-Assisted Tool)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can help us finish building an MVP and then rapidly scale into a production-ready product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage startup environments, works quickly without sacrificing quality, and has hands-on experience with Next.js, React, Supabase, and AI-assisted coding.

You’ll collaborate closely with the founder—who has deep backend/database expertise—to bring the front end and integrations to life, launch the MVP, and then expand into future product iterations. 🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

⚙️ MVP Completion & Deployment

• Take over the existing codebase (Next.js, Supabase, React) and complete the remaining ~30% of build.
• Export and re-establish local dev environment to ensure stability and scalability.
• Implement front-end functionality quickly and cleanly to hit MVP launch deadlines.

🛠️ Product Development & Scaling

• Partner with the founder to expand the MVP into a V2 product (starting January).
• Build new features, refine workflows, and improve UX for early customers.
• Handle integrations with databases, APIs, and third-party services.

🤖 AI-Accelerated Engineering

• Use Claude code (and other AI-assisted tools) to accelerate development.
• Balance AI-assisted coding with strong human QA and architectural oversight.

✅ Who You Are

• 3–5+ years of full stack engineering experience (preferably in startups or MVP builds).
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and Supabase.
• Skilled in database integration and backend/frontend workflows.
• Comfortable taking ownership of a partially built product and shipping it quickly.
• Clear communicator, able to collaborate closely with a technical founder.
• Motivated by building fast, iterating quickly, and delivering results in short timelines.

Bonus Points

• Experience building marketplaces, fintech, or real estate platforms.
• Previous work in early-stage startup environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Strong product sense and ability to balance speed with quality.
