Golden Wellness enables clients to achieve results and delivers wellness services, including yoga teaching, to homes, offices and the not-for-profit space.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, mechanics, energy, yoga techniques, and breath work.
• Strong ability to keep detailed yoga teaching notes, be responsive to Golden Wellness and the client, keep client and Golden Wellness confidentiality, and be a source of support.
