Requirements
- Receives and handles incoming calls or escalated tickets.
- Identifies the nature of the inquiry or issue and provides appropriate resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and resolutions.
- Manage ticket flow and prevent backlog.
- Support internal team and BPO partner(s) in absence of supervisor.
