Job Description

What you’ll do

As the Partner Manager, you are the central point of contact amongst Helin, clients, and partners. You have experience in evaluating potential partners based on their alignment with our technological needs and commitment to safety and other standards. You understand the unique needs, goals, and expectations of each entity within the oil and gas sector and respective supply chain dynamics.

Managing the communication and collaboration is at the core of this role. You work with:

• Implementation partners and oil rigs, monitoring performance and ensuring timely delivery of critical deadlines. You understand technical specifications related to oil rigs, drilling equipment, and associated technologies. You engage with engineers and technical experts.
• Executives from all sides to develop cohesive strategies that leverage each partner's strengths to achieve shared objectives. Your strategic insight is invaluable in providing guidance during sudden challenges, adapting strategies and monitoring performance to ensure all parties meet their obligations.

You cultivate long-lasting partnerships that drive technological or operational advancements in our field and that are based on trust and mutual benefit. This involves actively seeking opportunities for collaboration and expansion, while serving as a trusted advisor to partners. You also provide support, guidance, and solutions to address evolving needs and challenges.

Qualifications

Who are you?

To thrive in this team, it's important to have the seniority, knowledge, skills and experience to manage partnerships. You are someone who gets a kick out of driving important changes. Someone who leaves a mark!

You:

1. Are a resident of The Netherlands and have a permanent work permit (we do not sponsor visas nor relocations).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in partnership management or a related role in the maritime and/or energy sectors.
4. Have exceptional English communication, collaboration, negotiation and people skills, adept at conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems.

And it would be great if you have experience in a fast-growing scale-up international environment.
