Your responsibilities
Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships
Work closely and collaboratively with field sales, purchasing, and product management
Prepare and issue customer-specific quotations and ensure consistent follow-up
Support CSR (Customer Service Representative) in high-value orders booking.
Manage booking Blanket +CA
Monitor all Blankets in CRM.
Customer master data management.
Perform as a support for controlling (credit hold/overdue invoices reports).
Oversee API requests and handle escalations
Requirements
Our requirements
Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in international environment
A way of working focused on finding solutions and helping customers
Self-prioritizing tasks, solid organizational skills
Fluency in French and Spanish for managing customer relations. Strong command of English for daily communication during meetings and in written correspondence.
Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and remote working tools
