Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in marketing or growth operations within a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment
- Confident using CRM and automation tools to build workflows, score leads, and track performance
- Hands-on experience running and optimising multi-channel campaigns
- Strong data mindset and good understanding of lead routing, attribution, and integrations
- Tech-savvy problem solver with good communication skills
