HCSS is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage the billing process, ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within accounting and/or Finance
- Experience with handling complex billing questions on the phone and over email
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on a team with shared responsibilities
- Problem solver with the ability to research and ask questions
- Customer Service mentality
- Good verbal and written communicator that enjoys connecting with HCSS customers
- Prior experience demonstrating customer service and teamwork
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize many open inquiries and issues concurrently
- Technical aptitude to learn and use department tools
