Requirements
- Proven experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation
- Ability to execute programs independently from brief to delivery
- Strong experience supporting sales and working closely with AEs and SDRs
- Hands-on experience running events and conferences
- Comfortable managing agencies, vendors, and freelancers
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple programs simultaneously
- Data-literate; you track pipeline and campaign performance, not just vanity metrics
- Willingness to travel within the US (reasonable frequency)
