🎯 Your mission:

  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize day-to-day operations on Zalando (zDirect) , including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions.

  • Listing Excellence: Oversee product creation and listing optimization, ensuring all data is accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with the specific requirements of Zalando.

  • Account Health: Monitor and maintain account health and performance metrics, ensuring full compliance with platform policies and resolving any operational issues.

  • Content & Marketing: Create and manage high-quality brand content to enhance product visibility and improve customer engagement and conversion rates on both marketplaces.

  • Case Management: Handle communication and support cases with Zalando partner support to resolve technical or fulfillment issues efficiently.

  • Marketplace Trends: Maintain a strong understanding of the European e-commerce landscape, specifically focusing on Zalando’s and Otto’s algorithm changes, category trends, and best practices.

  • Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee storage and fulfillment processes (Partner Program / Connected Retail), monitoring inbound shipments, restocking, and inventory performance.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance and Buy Box competition, implementing data-driven strategies to increase sales and market share.

  • Marketplace Expertise: Proven ability to navigate Zalando zDirect.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketplace metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize listings and account health.

  • Meticulous Work Ethic: Ensures product data and attributes are managed with high attention to detail to reduce errors and optimize search results.

  • Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally with platform support teams and internal stakeholders.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrates quick thinking and a proactive approach, particularly when dealing with technical platform issues.

  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, API changes, and evolving e-commerce platform requirements.

  • Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work comfortably both independently (remote) and within a team.

We exclusively use leather from animals raised primarily for meat production, viewing the hides as a valuable by-product to be transformed into durable, high-quality goods. Our product range has expanded from bags and backpacks to include a wide variety of accessories, stationery, and even a successful line of bicycle products. We want our customers to know the story behind their products, which is why we provide detailed information about the tanning methods, country of manufacture, and the type of producer for each item. We believe in creating products that are not just accessories, but companions that tell a story and represent a commitment to quality, sustainability, and style.
