Sr Director Analyst - AI in HR Implementation/Governance (Remote - U.S.)

This is an individual contributor role, based remotely in North America. Gartner analysts are industry thought leaders who create must-have research, market predictions and best practices for a broad range of world-leading organizations. Senior Directors serve as leaders within Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, establishing themselves as a credible voice within their area(s) of expertise across industries at regional and global levels.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in HR technology and/or operations leadership roles, with recent ownership of AI implementation and governance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including an ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables
