Seeking Chief Marketing Officers at publicly traded organizations with at least $1B in annual revenue coming from the CPG industry. The role is a trusted advisor to senior-most marketing executive clients, delivering exceptional value by orchestrating Gartner research, analysts, events, and peer networking to help clients define and exceed their specific enterprise goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience working as a SVP, EVP or CMO or in a senior management role in a Marketing Executive level capacity
- In-depth understanding of the Marketing Function and the role of the CMO (including leadership, operations management, strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.)
- In-depth understanding of the business value of Marketing and the alignment of Business and Marketing strategies
- Ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and strong facilitation and presentation skills
