Cyber Security & National Defense Expert (Sr Director/Analyst, Fully Remote US)

Gartner is seeking a Cyber Security & National Defense Expert to support cyber security and defense strategies in advancing modernization and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity and national defense strategies, as well as experience enabling programs, policies, and initiatives for civilian governments and defense, and its global allies, partners, and suppliers of technology products and services.

• Track global market trends, relevant vendors, and emerging technologies
• Write evidence-based content
• Deliver high-quality actionable advice to executive client audience
• Create and deliver presentations for webinars, executive briefings, and other client-facing events
• Build credibility as a cybersecurity expert
• Deliver outstanding sales and service support
• Actively participate in ideation and research community discussions
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across research community
• Identify research process improvements or develop new processes
• Mentor and coach more junior team members
