Digital Signage Support

• Provide technical support and maintenance for BrightSign and Carousel digital signage systems.

• Manage content scheduling, publishing, and updates across signage endpoints.

• Lead or assist in migration projects between signage platforms or hardware upgrades.

• Monitor signage performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure uptime and reliability.

• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Communications, Facilities) to align signage content with business needs.

• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base.

• Train end-users and stakeholders on signage tools and best practices.

• Stay updated on digital signage trends and recommend improvements.

• Proven experience with BrightSign and Carousel digital signage platforms.

• Strong understanding of digital signage networks, media players, and content management systems.

• Experience with signage migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.

• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, firewalls, remote access).

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Signage Support Specialist to manage, support, and optimize our digital signage infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BrightSign and Carousel digital signage platforms, including content management, troubleshooting, and migration projects. This role is critical to ensuring seamless communication across our digital signage network.

Highlights

Work address: Remote, but Chennai, Pune is preferred

Work shift: Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 01:00 (India time)

Comments: Must be flexible to work after hours if any urgency arises, but not common
