Controller

The Assistant Controller is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting function, assisting with financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and contributing to process improvements as the company grows. The role requires expertise in accounting operations, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Experience working in banking, lending, or financial institutions preferred
