The Field Sales Specialist supports leadership-directed initiatives for brands and key retail partners in the natural food and grocery industry. Responsibilities include sales, account support, field execution, and merchandising.
Requirements
- Natural food and grocery industry experience required
- Whole Foods Market and/or Sprouts experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with distributors such as UNFI and KeHE
- College degree preferred
- Strong sales mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using digital tools and applications for reporting and communication
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements
