About the role
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Account Project Manager to manage the day-to-day execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across client accounts. In this role, you’ll work across multiple engagements—some independently led with Account Manager guidance, and others in direct support of larger, strategic accounts. You’ll play a key role in translating plans into action, coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring clear communication across teams.
This role is ideal for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeps projects moving forward, and takes pride in precision, collaboration, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service: Lead or support client meetings depending on account structure and scope, clearly documenting next steps and ensuring timely follow-through. Prepare agendas, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-up and updates that support smooth collaboration and client satisfaction.

Project Execution: Manage deliverables, timelines, and daily task tracking across assigned accounts. Maintain steady project momentum and ensure teams are aligned on priorities and deadlines.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across agency practice areas to ensure smooth handoffs between teams and complete task execution accurately and on time. Anticipate roadblocks and apply a solution-oriented mindset to keep projects on track. Navigate multiple priorities with agility, ensuring projects stay on course and objectives are met.
Asset & Workflow Management: Maintain asset version control, gather approvals, and manage trafficking of materials using internal workflow systems (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Teams).

Reporting & Documentation: Assist in compiling campaign performance reports, coordinating data inputs, and translating metrics into easy-to-digest summaries or slides for AM or client presentation.
Process Improvement & Dependability: Identify potential schedule risks, gaps, or friction in workflow processes. Recommend solutions and work collaboratively to improve efficiency and quality.
Attention to Detail + Quality Assurance: Serve as a meticulous proofer and reviewer for all materials, upholding the highest standards of precision and quality. Ensure all client interactions and project deliverables meet the agency's exacting standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

· Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an agency, production, marketing, or client service environment
· Project Management: Skilled at coordinating timelines, deliverables, and feedback across frontline and support teams
· Communication: Clear and organized communicator with experience in client-facing settings
· Tools: Working knowledge of platforms like Asana, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams. NetSuite and HubSpot are a plus!
· Attention to Detail: Strong proofing, follow-up, and ownership mindset on every task
· Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced agency context
