As a QA Engineer at Superhuman, youโ€™ll be the champion of quality in your pod โ€” making sure everything we ship is fast, reliable, and delightful. Champion quality in your pod:

  • Partner with teammates to define and deliver amazing product experiences
  • Plan and execute manual testing for new features and releases
  • Build tools and processes that make it easy for others to contribute to testing
  • Verify code changes and run regression testing as needed
  • Continuously improve our test processes and tools

Own and drive bug fixes:

  • Lead weekly bug triage, ensuring issues are fully documented and prioritized
  • Investigate and resolve issues that donโ€™t require code changes, including debugging single-user problems
  • Track bug fixes within the pod and help ensure timely resolution

Expand our test automation:

  • Contribute to Playwright test coverage
  • Guide the team on where to focus automation for the biggest impact
