Head of Office Admin is responsible for building and scaling a seamless, efficient, and human-centered office environment across locations. This role involves owning office operations, enabling hybrid work, and ensuring infrastructure, vendors, and internal services run smoothly at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Office Administration / Operations, including leadership experience
- Proven experience managing office operations at scale (multi-location is a plus)
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities
- Fluent English (for cross-team communication)
