AI Consultant Engineer (Market to Product)

Requirements

• Strong background in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision
• Solid experience building AI applications, especially LLM / GenAI‐based solutions
• Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions
• Consulting mindset: comfortable discussing solutions with both engineers and non‐technical stakeholders
• Curious, product‐oriented, and market‐aware — not limited to pure implementation work
• Good communication and documentation skills in English
• 3+ years in AI / Data Science / Machine Learning
• Hands‐on experience with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with LLMs, Transformer‐based models, NLP, or GenAI applications
• Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and data pipelines
• Experience in customer‐facing or consulting roles is a strong advantage
