Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in an agency or design-focused environment
- Familiar with UX/UI design workflows and tools like Figma and Adobe CC
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Proven track record working with U.S.-based clients
- Comfortable using project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or similar
- Strong leadership and delegation skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of Agile or other project management best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Previous experience as a UX/UI designer is a plus
- Interest in entrepreneurship is a bonus
