What You’ll Do

Sourcing & Procurement Support

  • Support sourcing processes (RFx preparation, supplier communication, bid comparison) for assigned procurement initiatives.
  • Assist with supplier selection activities and prepare procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate contract preparation, review, and approval processes together with Procurement Lead and legal teams.
  • Maintain contract documentation, onboarding forms, and compliance records.
  • Track key contract dates (renewals, expirations) and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.

Supplier Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding service delivery, documentation, and operational issues.
  • Support resolution of supplier-related issues by collecting information and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with supplier performance tracking and prepare supporting materials for reviews.

Cost Tracking & Data Management

  • Support procurement KPI tracking and assist in cost savings validation.
  • Maintain procurement databases and contract repositories ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support spend analysis and reporting by gathering and organizing procurement-related data.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, technical stakeholders) to ensure procurement processes are executed efficiently.
  • Act as a procurement contact person for day-to-day operational requests within assigned domains.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of procurement experience, ideally in telecom, data center, cloud, or IT service environments.
  • Good understanding of the procurement lifecycle (RFx, supplier evaluation, contract coordination, purchase processes).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured way.
  • Experience working with procurement systems, contract databases, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.

We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist. This role supports procurement activities related to data center and connectivity services, ensuring smooth sourcing execution, contract coordination, supplier communication, and procurement data management. Reporting to the Procurement Lead, this position is hands-on and focused on operational procurement support across assigned categories.
