Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for QA services in gaming and IT markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (producers, QA leads, CTOs, studio heads)
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → negotiation → closing
  • Represent the company at industry events (online and offline)
  • Develop strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal QA teams to align services with market needs
  • Contribute to market positioning and commercial strategy

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales in gaming, IT, or tech services
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and software development lifecycle
  • Existing industry network is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager operating globally, focused specifically on selling outsourced QA services for game development and software projects.

This role is centered around building partnerships with studios and tech companies that require structured checklist testing, deeper QA integration, or ongoing quality support.

This is not a passive account management role. We’re looking for someone proactive, commercially sharp, and comfortable building relationships from scratch.

You will work directly with leadership and have a real impact on company growth and client diversification.
