Your role in our mission
- Contacting pharmacy and medical providers to verify products dispensed
- Contacting drug manufacturers for detailed information regarding disputed items and providing claim level within one week of request
- Researching disputed pharmaceutical products to accurately prepare drug rebate resolution proposals
- Negotiating with drug manufacturers to fairly and accurately resolve disputes
- Completing required productivity tracking reports
What we're looking for
- Experience with Medicaid Drug Rebates, Medical/Pharmacy claims processing, Pharmacy and/or medical billing is highly preferred
- PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, Remote Desktop Connection experience.
- PDF Editing Software experience (Adobe, Nitro Pro, PDF Escape)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, TEAMS, Outlook)
- Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
What you should expect in this role
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews.
- Remote (work from home)
- In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
The pay range for this position is $31,400.00 - $44,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
