As a Business Development Manager,you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position.
Responsibilities
- Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion
- Document business development activities
- Present our products and services to new clients
- Conduct market research regularly
- Build strategies for specified markets
- Identify key markets
- Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets
- Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients
- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
- Attend major industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- Fluency in Japanese is essential for this position
- Fluency in English
- 4+ years in a similar role or as the head of a region within the financial sector
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
- Ability to face constant challenges, and adapt to changes
- Ability to keep a proactive position in running a business
- Ability to travel when required
