SAP MM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant to support a life sciences transformation program with a strong focus on business process alignment and operational readiness. This role is designed for professionals who can bridge business teams and IT, ensuring SAP MM capabilities are effectively embedded in day-to-day operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Serve as the key point of contact between business users and SAP functional teams for materials management.
• Facilitate business process mapping and ensure alignment with SAP MM best practices.
• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders from operations, supply chain, and quality.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for implementation teams.
• Support system testing, data validation, and cutover from a business operations perspective.
• Provide input and support for training materials and change management initiatives.
• Ensure SAP MM processes support compliance and traceability within regulated environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of materials management with upstream and downstream processes.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM in global or regional implementations.
• Strong understanding of materials management, inventory control, and logistics processes in business operations.
• Proven experience working closely with business teams to define and deliver SAP-enabled solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex SAP concepts in simple business terms.
• Experience in the life sciences or similarly regulated industry preferred.
• Understanding of compliance and validation considerations in GxP environments.
