SAP Ariba Invoice Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Ariba Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As the SAP Ariba Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions, leading a team of talented professionals, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that drive our organization's procurement and supply chain efficiency.

• Lead and manage a team of SAP Ariba consultants, developers, and analysts
• Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP Ariba implementation projects, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP Ariba solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of SAP Ariba operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Ariba developments and best practices, incorporating them into our solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and complex problem-solving
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience working with SAP Ariba
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, including Invoicing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Procurement
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP Ariba implementation projects
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• In-depth understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
• Experience with Agile methodology is preferred
• SAP Ariba certification is highly desirable
• Familiarity with other SAP modules is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally, as required by projects
