The Project Evaluation, Monitoring, and Learning Consultant will provide tactical and operational support to the coordination of the project in its closure phase, ensuring the effective articulation of the consortium, the consolidation of results, the quality of final products, and the generation of useful learning for advocacy on the decent work agenda in Mexico.
Requirements
- Formation in Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Human Rights, Social Development, or related fields.
- Experience in multiactor coordination
- Capacity for dialogue and articulation with civil society actors, private sector, and public sector
- Minimum experience of 5 years in managing complex projects.
- Knowledge in coordination of consortia or multiactor initiatives.
- Knowledge in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL).
- Experience in systematization and advocacy in public policies.
- High capacity for articulation and management of diverse actors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability and willingness to work in a team.
