Job Summary:
AsanAccount ExecutiveatTotal Party Planner, part of the Fullsteam organization, you will be a key driver of the organization's growth byspecializing in new logo software and services sales.You willleverageyour experience to influence sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and close complex deals with mid-market and strategic accounts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Identifyand prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis and discovery with prospective clients to understand their pain points and business goals. Tailor software solution presentationsand demosto address their unique requirements with acustomer centricand value-driven approach.
Build andmaintainrelationships with perspective clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, working closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mutual agreement.
Maintainan accuraterecord of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Leverage sales dashboards to understand where to focus your time and activities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success, to align strategies and ensurea seamlesscustomer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Utilize this knowledge to position the solution effectively and provide insights to clients.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updatestomanagement, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Serve as a mentor and role model for junior Account Executives, sharing best practices and supporting professional development within the team.
Skills and Competencies:

Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, closing, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with core business management solutions and the ability to quickly learn new products.
Ability to understand complex customer requirements and navigate complex sales cycles.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build andmaintainrelationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office,Experience using CRM software (Salesforce)andproficiencyin sales tools and technologies.
Fast and adaptive learner who keeps up withlatesttechnologyand market trends.
Driven by achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong focus on results.
Primary Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, ora relatedfieldpreferred.
3+years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SMB and mid-market segments.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $102,800 to $130,000 USD
Includes base salary plus commission.
