As a RevOps Coordinator at Fullbay, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of every subscription, promo code, custom contract, and pricing adjustment that moves through our go-to-market motion. You'll own the full lifecycle of promotional codes in Salesforce, keep standard pricebooks in Fullbay accurate and current, and maintain data integrity across CRM and billing systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably within Marketing, Sales, or Client Services
- Experience identifying process gaps and contributing to SOP improvements in a structured operational environment
- Experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools
- Experience working in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
