"Shopify" Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist in managing the backend operations of Shopify storefronts. This role involves handling product listings, store customization, and overall e-commerce product SEO optimization. While Shopify is the primary platform, experience with other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and match best-fit products using tools like Google Lens and similar platforms from interior space pictures.

• Set up, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts to align with brand standards.

• Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and branding remain consistent across all listings.

• Upload and update products, ensuring accurate details such as SKUs, pricing, and stock levels.

• Create and edit all product listing text and images to be SEO optimized

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure branding and data accuracy.

• Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Prior experience in e-commerce, web content management

• Proficiency in editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design software.

• Strong product listing writing skills with an understanding of engaging descriptions.

• Strong Excel / Google Sheet experience preferred.
