Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with a wide range of decision-makers, targeted customers, and key opinion leaders.

  • Meet and/or exceed the annual sales plan and year-over-year growth targets as defined by management.

  • Identify target opportunities and/or accounts, as well as develop and implement a strategy to maintain a sufficient sales pipeline needed to achieve the strategic growth targets and initiatives as defined by management.

  • Ensure positive customer relationships are maintained, and customer satisfaction is achieved.

  • Communicate and report activities, itineraries, sales strategies, and program developments as defined by management.

  • Participate in and provide support to trade shows, sales meetings, and other sales-related functions as requested and/or defined by management.

  • Maintain effective use of travel and expenses as defined by management and in accordance with Corporate Travel and Expense policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (preferred); or, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, including Life Sciences concentration, SLP, or Registered Nurse (RN).

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical voice restoration experience or related experience (preferred).

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Quebec French.

  • Strong in-depth knowledge of promoted products, competitors, physiology, medical literature, and scientific innovations.

  • Ability to apply strategic thought, planning and execution to maximize sales opportunities within key accounts.

  • Ability to adapt selling approach with multiple specialties and customer segments.

  • Self-Managed; capable of working from remote location with limited supervision.

  • Effectively utilize computer software and technology enabled sales resources for planning, forecasting, reviewing sales activity, researching data, supporting sales calls, medical education presentations.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational / multi-tasking skills.

  • Strong Relationship Skills / Team Player (internal & external).

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.

  • 70% Travel Required, 3 out of 4 weeks of the month (utilizing effective travel practices).

  • Resides in Quebec province.
